Asus launches the N50Vn and N50Vc laptops of its N50 series. Basically, the N50Vn and N50Vc are the same. Both of them are powered by an Intel Core 2 Duo T9400/P8600/P7350/T5850 processor, and up to 4GB of memory, They get up to 500GB hard drive and either a DVD SuperMulti burner or a Blu-ray DVD Combo drive.
One of the differences between them is the graphic card. The N50Vc has a NVIDIA GeForce 9300M GS with 512MB VRAM while the N50Vn is equipped with a NVIDIA GeForce 9650M GT, with 1GB VRAM. (more…)

Samsung launches its X460 ultra slim Laptop in the US. The X460 is based on Centrino 2 technology and a 256MB nVIDIA GeForce 9200M GS graphic card. There is a 14.1-inch SuperBright LCD display with 300 nits brightness.

NotebookReview posted a user review of the Toshiba Portege R500-11C laptop. The tested Portege R500-11C features an Intel Core 2 Duo 1.2GHz ULV CPU, 2GB of memory, a 160GB HDD and integrated GMA950 video card.
The laptop supports WiFI, Bluetooth connectivity and has a SD/SDHC/MMC media card reader and 3 USB ports.

Asus officially announces its fashionable Eee PC S101 high-end netbook. The Eee PC S101 will come in three colors, Brown, Champagne or Graphite with premium Infusion finishes and crystal-adorned hinges offerng a successful melding of fashion and functionality on a netbook.
